Southern Division champion South Dakota State and Northern Division powers St. Cloud State and Mankato State dominate the teams. The Jacks landed eight players on the Southern Division squad. St. Cloud State earned five in the Northern Division and Mankato State, playoff league champion and NCAA regional qualifier, earned four berths.

Morningside College placed three players on the Southern Division team and Nebraska-Omaha rounded out that squad with two selections. Augustana College failed to land an all-conference selection. Stone becomes only the 26th player in league history to earn three AII-NCC honors. Other repeat selections are North Dakota junior infielder Tom Montgomery, St. Cloud State senior infielder P.J.
