Frank L. Plubel! Frank L. Plubell, 49, died Monday in a local hospital. He had worked for the Boeing Co. for the past 11 years and in Rapid City one year.

Plubell was born Oct. 1, 1923 at Clearfield, where he attended schools. He married Edith Hutchison Jan. 4, 1948 at Butte, Mont. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Elks Club at Lewistown, Mont.
