Thunder Bull, 14 Allen Myron R. Collamer 63 Chadron, Neb. Edward S. Karp MESQUITE, Texas Edward Karp, 87. Mesquite, formerly of Underwood, S.D., died Tuesday, 2.

1993, in Mesquite. He was born Dec. 25, 1905. to chael and Elizabeth (Lehn) Karp Indianola. Neb.

He attended school the Indianola area. One of his interests was memorizing and ing poetry. He married Anna Nachtigall Nov. 29, 1933, at New Underwood. He was a farmer and rancher in the Lakeside.

S.D., area most of his life. The family moved to the Sturgis, S.D., area so the children could attend St. Martin's Catholic School. He enjoyed playing baseball and softball, and was a pitcher with the Mesquite Old Pro softball team in Mesquite. He is survived by his wife.

Anna Karp, New Underwood; three sons. Don Karp, Rapid City. S.D., Fred Karp, rural Meade County, S.D.. and Kenny Karp, New Underwood, five sisters, Rita Stangle and Rosalie Stangle, both of New Underwood. Judy Warren, Stafford, Jeanie McQuistion.

Mesquite, and Theresa Moore, Norfolk. Neb. 31 grandchildren: 32 great -grandchildren, and one sister, Florence Wakefield. McCook. Neb.

He was preceded in death by one son, two brothers, and one sister. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Behrens Mortuary in Rapid City, and one hour before services at the church. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m.

Friday at Behrens Mortuary, with the Rev. Dan Juelfs officiating. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Therese the Little Flower Catholic Church in Rapid City, with the Rev.

Dan Juelfs and the Rev. Leo O'Doherty officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. A memorial has been established. Anna Pendo Radalyac WATSONVILLE.

Calif. Anna Pendo Radalyac, 95, Watsonville, formerly of Lead, S.D., died Monday, Oct. 18, 1993, at Madonna Manor Retirement Home in Salinas, Calif. Survivors include two nephews, four nieces, and numerous greatnieces and great-nephews. Services were Oct.

21 at Mehls Colonial Chapel in Watsonville. Burial was in Roman Catholic Cemetery in Watsonville. Omission Toby Jess Barraclough SPEARFISH Toby Jess Barraclough, 48, Spearfish, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1993. in California.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Barraclough, Spearfish; two sons, David Barraclough, Rapid City, and Daniel Barraclough, Spearfish; and three daughters, Jeni Barraclough, Jami Barraclough and Joni Barraclough, all of Spearfish. Arrangements are pending with Fidler Funeral Chapel in Spearfish. Alma Mae Vojta Alma Mae Vojta, 88, Rapid City, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1993, at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Mrs.

Vojta was born Oct. 8, 1905, in Sheldon, N.D., to Saul and Etta (Miner) Thomas. She married James Vojta on May 8, 1925. She and her family moved from Faith to Rapid City in 1945. They owned and operated Jim's One Stop Service until James died in 1987.

Survivors include one son, Francis Vojta, Las Vegas, four daughters. Jean Butler, Faith, Loretta Artz, Prescott, Joann Singpiel, Rapid City, and Connie Johnson, Elk City, six grandchildren; eight greatgrandchildren; and one daughter-inlaw and four sons-in-law, of whom she was very fond. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Jamie, and two brothers. Oliver and Halfred Thomas. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m.

31, 1993, at Belle Fourche Long Term Care Center. Survivors include her daughter, Naoda Ingraham, Amity, five grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren; and two sisters, Reva Chamberlain and Anita Wiessner, both of Salem, Ore. Services were held Wednesday, Nov. 3. at St.

Onge Community Memorial Hall, with the Rev. Jonathan Riedel officiating. Burial was in St. Onge Cemetery. Arrangements, were, with Spearfish.

City man felony sexual By Kobi Ebert Journal Staff Writer A Rapid City man faces a felony charge of sexual contact with a child under 16 and a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure. Elliott Brian Low Dog, 29, made his first court appearance on Wednesday. According to police reports, Low Dog sexually molested an 8-year-old and a 5-year-old, while he was babysitting them. Other details in the case were unavailable due to a court-ordered information suppression known as a "gag order." The order prohibits release of information until after the defendant appears at his preliminary hearing. The date and time of the preliminary hearing also is suppressed.

The maximum penalty on felony sexual contact conviction is 15 years in prison and a $15,000 fine. In other 7th Circuit Magistrate Court action: Garath N. Patton, 30, 749 E. Anamosa faces a grand theft charge. According to court records, Patton cut and sold 16 truckloads of timber from his neighbor's property.

The incident reportedly occurred in July. A grand theft conviction carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Patton's preliminary hearing was scheduled for Dec. 9. Jose Sanchez Reyes, 37, 228 Main made his first court ap- faces charge of contact S.

Police stopped Reyes on Tuesday after they observed him driving at a high rate of speed on Mount Rushmore Road, according to police reports. The arresting officer detected alcohol I on Reyes' breath and noticed he was unsteady on his feet. Reyes was "belching beer and had bad hiccoughs" and failed field sobriety tests, reported police.

Court records show that Reyes was convicted on a third DUI charge in Pennington County in August of 1992. If convicted on the fourth offense, Reyes faces five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. His preliminary hearing was set for Wednesday. Steven D. McCoy, 26, 307 E.

Adams was charged with a third offense of driving under the influence. According to police reports, McCoy led police on a high-speed chase with speeds more than 80 mph in west Rapid City on Tuesday. The chase ended when McCoy pulled over on Sheridan Lake Road, but McCoy refused to get out of his vehicle. Officers had to pry McCoy's hands off the steering wheel and pull him out of the car. McCoy was convicted on DUI charges in January of 1990 and in July of 1991 in Pennington County, according to court records.

A conviction on the third offense carries a maximum penalty of two years in prison and a $2,000 fine. McCoy's preliminary hearing was scheduled for Nov. 9.
